Danut and his colleagues could not have done more to ensure a positive experience. Nothing was too much trouble to ensure that we had the car that met our needs and sufficient time was allocated to set it up for each driver upon delivery.

The quality of the service was exceptional, as was the professionalism of the people. I have a comment not related to the service experience but to service charges. Environmental waste costs shouldn't be passed on to customers. BMW should cover them.

The very heavy old battery was left in the boot, I didn't find it until the following day and I am an elderly man! It was a struggle for me to lift it out at Townmead Recycling Plant. Tyrone is a good communicator.

1. Could not wait at the centre until the service was done, it was only a brake fluid change. 2. For a break fluid changed you charged me £125, the reason given was a compulsory "health check" that I did not need as I had already passed the MOT.

Good communication about dates and times. Kind request: please reconsider prices for small things like windshield wipers. In the advisory I was quoted £130 for wipers, which is unacceptable. Had it been closer to retail cost I would have changed them

Not satisfied.Bombarded with emails No courtesy car due to a recall. My experience its your fault not mine. Left drivers seat in wrong position took me ages to correct this. Washed car when I requested no thanks.

Good friendly atmosphere and professional attitude. One NEGATIVE point in that I had my break fluid service this Jan and the rubber stops at the top of the break calipers were left off and I had to pop on myself on visual inspection.

Price quoted by dealer was completely off from app and other dealers. When asked they had no clue. Basic wash had to be done twice. For replacing wipers parts team quoted £90.72 and then £320. Again they were clueless when asked and pointed out

I feel the work should have been done automatically when I bought it also they said my rear pads need to be replaced at a cost of £300+ which was not everdent at the MOT done when I bought it
