Drop the keys in a box, dont talk to anybody. No customer relations. Could have used the opportunity to check if any service needed / faults etc. and offer fixes. Could have enquired about car replacement. But did the basic well.

I dropped my car off for a MOT before 9am and was not contacted regarding the MOT and when the car was due to be ready. I called the service desk on 10 seperate occasions and the telephone just rang out, noone answered.

The customer care component at Berry BMW has decreases considerably over the lasy year to where it is practically non existant. It used to be one thing which differentiated BMW service from less premium brands and we paid extra for what?

Kept me informed, often trying several times to get hold of me on phone, leaving messages etc. Very clear in terms of managing the process - needed new tyres but not available immediately but I was given options eg leave car, or pick up and return

Repair took 4 days instead of initially 1 planned. Had to wait on a Friday afternoon a 5.00pm for 40mn because the car was not ready and was not given any information during that time. I was expecting the car would have had inside cleaning.

Used their services to perform a recall on the airbag. Reception was a bit convoluted in the morning with many drop-offs happening at the same time. Other that that, very good service, no fees charged, car returned washed and vacuumed. 5 stars.

After the repair, the exhaust valve actuators are no longer synchronized correctly. While both actuators work, only one exhaust releases smoke when the engine is running, while the other stays closed with no smoke coming through.
