You had my car two weeks a failed to diagnose the fault, and then damaged my tyre. George was a nice guy but the car is not fixed. You replaced the tyres and they are not balanced correctly. There is now a vibration which needs sorting.

I was told when I made the appointment that the time taken would be 2 hours and that I could wait for the car to be ready. At the service I was told it would take whole day. But manager got it done as promised in 2 hours. She was excellent

Pre recall information was welcoming in terms of booking an appointment to the chosen venue. The day of the service check was easy,as there was an attendant to guide me through the process of registration etc. The keys were put in a safe box.
