During the purchase process he took onboard all of my requirements, gave me all my options including new car, refinance of old and used cars. He answered all my emails quickly following my purchase and then explained the new car on collection

I visit Berry Chiswick to replace vehicles panoramas motor which cost me £1180 . When I to pick up my car I discovered that I have been charged more than we discussed earlier, the price raised to £1717 .

Jason was very helpful and accomodating. He understoof that i needed the job done quite quickly and helped to achieve this. He took care to explain the 'urgent' work that was found to be needed to be done and was sympathetic about this.

Though my car was delivered by 0830 it took a full 2 days for the work to be done: brake fluid service, MOT, investigate an SOS failure warning light. No video link was sent to me during the service and despite requesting a clean, that was not done.

My car was repaired under warranty in November but the paint on the C-pillar was chipped and badly touched up. The black plastic console in the car was scratched. I was not told of the damage and management have still not responded to my complaint.

I experienced poor service at Berry Chiswick: repeated delays, ignored requests, and poor communication over two visits. Basic tasks were missed, and I now need to return to fix a faulty wiper blade. This reflects unprofessional and subpar service.

My only frustration was I asked many times (phone, email and verbally) for a quote to put a tow bar on my car, was promised a response but still have not had one.

It was good to be sent a video of the technician servicing my car, and being shown the findings.I was kept up to date with any issues raised while my car was being serviced; and given the option to proceed or not with any recommended repairs.

Recall work done satisfactorily. Comms related to service scheduling and also dealing with service agent was all good. Bear in mind, as this was a recall, I wasn't paying for the work, so can't comment from a cost/quality perspective.

Very difficult to contact by phone and outstanding query remains open, no one has addressed. Lady I met at garage was polite, kind and very helpful but the garage overall needs work in terms of customer service.

After the service, I still get a message of integrated brake failure. I have called Berry Chiswick a few times but the person responsible for the service is always unavailable and never called back.

It was booked many weeks in advance and yet the parts were still not available on the day. Took 2 days rather than 1 to fix. If there is a chance that other related parts are needed, surely you would get them in stock? This is recall work.

The reason why I gave this answer is because only one key is working now and the key wasn't malfunctioning when I initially went to get my EGR replacement. Therefore, I believe BMW Chiswick should be the one to cover the cost for the key replacement.

I booked the car in for diagnostics and ultimately what transpired was not any diagnostics but was a "Replace this, that and one other thing in order to fix your car". I challenged that only to be told we are a main dealer and that is what we do!

Everyone was very friendly and the communication was good. The car clean wasn't to the standard I'd expect (there were watermarks on the car and the inside wasn't cleaned at all). The tyres were flat and the warning light for this was on.

Have been dealing with the center for over 10 years now and very happy with the staff and friendly service and work quality. I would have given 5 star but settle for 2.5 because being charged 250 pounds for labour changig 6 sparkplug is quite a lot

The service was overall ok, but highly disappointed at the fact the I found my car dirtier than when I brought it in, not only outside, but annoyingly inside too. I can see it was washed outside but very badly dried, leaving marks around. Careless
