During the purchase process he took onboard all of my requirements, gave me all my options including new car, refinance of old and used cars. He answered all my emails quickly following my purchase and then explained the new car on collection

The reason why I gave this answer is because only one key is working now and the key wasn't malfunctioning when I initially went to get my EGR replacement. Therefore, I believe BMW Chiswick should be the one to cover the cost for the key replacement.

I booked the car in for diagnostics and ultimately what transpired was not any diagnostics but was a "Replace this, that and one other thing in order to fix your car". I challenged that only to be told we are a main dealer and that is what we do!

Everyone was very friendly and the communication was good. The car clean wasn't to the standard I'd expect (there were watermarks on the car and the inside wasn't cleaned at all). The tyres were flat and the warning light for this was on.

Have been dealing with the center for over 10 years now and very happy with the staff and friendly service and work quality. I would have given 5 star but settle for 2.5 because being charged 250 pounds for labour changig 6 sparkplug is quite a lot

The service was overall ok, but highly disappointed at the fact the I found my car dirtier than when I brought it in, not only outside, but annoyingly inside too. I can see it was washed outside but very badly dried, leaving marks around. Careless

My above answer refers. Diagnosis of problem was not especially clear, solution provided was expensive and when I tried to speak to manager he was not available ( made no attempt to call back) but took £300 off the bill. Strange approach to customer

The service advisors, Jessi Pitomina and Ty Daeleo, were warm, welcoming, and communicated progress well throughout. The technicians, Mubeen Jhetam, Miguel Santos, and Adam Brookes were knowledgable and reassuring, and carried out an excellent job.

This was shocking. My car was supposed to be in for a week and it took two weeks and the problem still isn't resolved. My car is going back in on 24/09 for repairs.

The car was returned to me with a flat battery in the key fob. All 4 tyres had been very considerably over inflated, front and rear to the same pressure. No estimate provided by body shop which I had requested. Not washed despite my request.

If BMW is a high quality manufacturer, it must be able to provide parts in a matter of days for cars less than 10 years old. Berry clearly states this is BMW issue. look forward to hearing what you plan to do about this failure of service.

I sent an email to mail@berrybmw.co.uk on 1/9 complaining about the state of the car and enquiring about some of the work that was supposed to be done. Email was forwarded by Paula Geraghty to Service Manager. No answer as of today (9/9)

Service got done. Was delayed by a day. When paying for the bill, the price wasn't right and there didn't seem to be a consistency in price (though a discount was finally applied which was much appreciated). Increased price transparency would be good

Pleased it was completed early in the day and appreciate the cleaning, but staff weren't great. It would be much better if reception staff were aware of what work is done and why. A lack of knowledge / understanding is obvious but confusing.
